Where does the conference take place?

C3 Conference is hosted at Fellowship Church in Grapevine, Texas. The address is 2450 N Hwy 121, Grapevine, TX 76051, United States.

Who is the C3 Conference for?

C3 Conference is designed for pastors, staff members, and leaders in your church who are passionate about creatively advancing the church and transforming culture, one life at a time. The principles you learn here are also highly valuable for Christian business leaders and entrepreneurs looking to apply these insights in their own contexts.

What time should I book my arrival and departure?

Registration opens Wednesday, February 18 at 8:00am, with the first session beginning at 9:00am. The last session of the conference begins Thursday, February 19 at 7pm. Please plan your flights accordingly.

What are the nearby airports?

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is located just eight miles south of our campus. Dallas Love Field Airport is located 30 minutes from our campus.

When and where do I check-in for the conference?

Check-in for the conference will open Wednesday, February 18, at 8:00am. You will enter through the main front doors, behind the large cross and fountain.

Will there be parking available on-site?

There will be plenty of parking available on site at the Fellowship Church campus.

Will there be any breakout sessions during the conference?

Yes! A detailed list of available breakout sessions will be available closer to the conference. We will have sessions covering topics such as student ministry, children’s ministry, worship and production, leadership, first impressions, and many more!

May I attend only one day  of the conference?

Yes, but full conference price is still required.

Does the conference provide childcare?

Yes, childcare is offered for birth – 5th grade for $100 a child. You can register your children here. Please be aware that children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions. We do have a nursing mother’s room available on campus if needed. Childcare registration closes on January 31st. There will be no walk-up childcare registration on site.

Are there scholarships available for the conference?

We have worked to keep the overall conference price down in order to make it accessible to more people; therefore, we are not offering any scholarships. However, if you register early, you can receive a discount off the full registration price.

Can I switch names on my registration?

This can be done by sending an email to C3Team@c3conference.com

If I need to cancel my registration, what do I do?

Refunds or exchanges are not available; however, registrations may be transferred to another name. Transfers are available until February 17, 2025. To transfer, contact C3Team@c3conference.com.

Do you have wireless internet available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi access will be available to you throughout the Fellowship Church campus.

What should the weather be like?

The average high in February is 60 degrees with an average low of 36 degrees. This varies greatly, so we advise that you check the local forecast before you leave.

What should I wear?

Conference attire is casual; you may want to bring a sweater as the temperature in the worship center is cool.
