A graduate of Emmanuel College, Ron Carpenter founded Redemption World Outreach Center in 1991. With a given ability to break down walls of racism, cross cultural lines, and change poverty mindsets, Ron will assist C3 attendees in the areas of:

• Leading a multi-racial church.
• Hiring the right staff to help successfully carry out the mission of the Church.
• Leveraging the work of a unique ministry like the Imagine Center to build the local church.
